Ettelbruck One: A Landmark Urban Development

At the heart of Ettelbruck, Ettelbruck One is emerging as a landmark project for urban development in northern Luxembourg. This ambitious mixed-use development will ultimately feature commercial spaces, office areas, and high-quality public spaces to create a vibrant and attractive living environment.

We are extremely proud to contribute to the realisation of this project in a temporary joint venture with the Félix Giorgetti group, a key partner with whom we share high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Our involvement in this large-scale project began with the structural works, which are now fully completed. This crucial stage, forming the physical foundation of the project, required our teams to work with great rigour and dedication. It included laying the foundations, constructing the vertical and horizontal structures, and installing the load-bearing elements that define the building’s shape today. At the same time, we also carried out the enclosure and waterproofing works, including the installation of window frames, waterproofing the building, and applying facing bricks to complete the exterior envelope.

We are now focusing on the roads and utilities phase. These essential works ensure the site's viability and include creating access roads, pavements, traffic zones, and other external infrastructure. At the end of the project, we will also apply epoxy resin finishes in the parking areas.

These steps require careful coordination and technical precision, as they ensure the project's overall functionality and durability. Our experienced and committed teams work daily to provide future users and occupants with a safe, accessible, and well-connected environment.

Ettelbruck One is far more than just a construction site: it is a project that reflects our expertise, our ability to collaborate closely with partners, and our determination to shape a sustainable, functional urban space capable of meeting the challenges of tomorrow.
