We are seeking an experienced

Managing Director (M/F)

LuxRE Property Investment S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF is a Luxembourg-based real estate investment structure initiated by CDCL Groupe S.A., one of Luxembourg’s leading construction and real estate development companies. The Fund focuses on primarily residential real estate assets in Luxembourg — including acquisition, development, rental and long-term value creation in the national housing market. We are seeking an experienced Managing Director Your role will be to manage and oversee the whole operations of real estate development and investments of the Fund. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the Luxembourg real estate market and the sufficient know-how in real estate development, with a strong network across developers, brokers, local authorities, and investors. You will drive deal sourcing, asset analysis, and execution across acquisition, development, rental and divestment phases — working closely with the General Partner. While fund management and regulatory aspects are handled by the AIFM (Fundsight S.A.), your main responsibility will be on-the-ground real estate value creation guiding a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the Fund real estate team, including deal sourcing and project development
Prepare board and investment committee meetings and follow up on the implementation of the decisions
Identify, analyze, and secure residential property investment opportunities across Luxembourg
Oversee and manage together with your team the full investment lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and asset performance monitoring
Coordinate with developers, brokers, valuers, and legal/tax advisors
Support the AIFM and General Partner in portfolio reviews and investor reporting
Contribute to ESG integration and value enhancement strategies

Profile:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Luxembourg real estate (notably residential).
Proven track record in acquisition, development, or asset management.
Strong financial literacy and ability to assess investment returns.
Excellent network within the Luxembourg property ecosystem.
Proven track record in the guidance of a team
Fluent in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is an asset).
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable in an agile investment environment.

Project Manager Real Estate Development (M/F) Your Missions:

You are responsible for managing and overseeing real estate projects from the design phase to delivery.
You play a key role in the development and profitability of operations.
You analyze the functional, environmental, and technical characteristics related to the real estate project to be developed (regulations, organizations, assembly/manufacturing/operational/safety constraints).
You draft proposals and prepare project commercialization.

Your Profile:

As part of its expansion, CDCL S.A. is looking for a: Project manager (M/F). As project manager, you will be responsible for the execution of several projects of varying size and complexity. A coordinator first and foremost, you are the main contact for the general contractor and act as the interface between the site, the customers, the architects, the design and inspection offices, the suppliers and the company’s hierarchy.
