With a total surface area of four hectares, less than one kilometre from the city centre of Bettembourg, 120 housing units with a contemporary feel have been developed by CDCL, thanks to a close collaboration between specialists in city planning, architecture and landscape.
The entire site is pedestrian friendly, with walkways throughout the site that link to existing footpaths and cycling trails.
