As part of a temporary partnership between the CDCL and Lampertz-Sermelux, the new speech therapy centre was built in Strassen, covering all trades work.
Project development started mid-2011, followed by construction in 2013 and final completion mid-2015. Sports facilities were developed in a second phase.
The building's specific purpose demanded special attention to be paid to the acoustics, so that hearing problems can to be treated in a perfectly adapted environment. The energy specifications were also fully met by the CDCL teams.
