CDCL participates in the reconstruction of a historic bridge in Ettelbruck
The Ettelbruck River Bridge which crosses over the Alzette was originally built in 1860. However, more than a century after its construction, the bridge started to show structural weaknesses that needed to be strengthened.
CDCL participated in rebuilding the bridge with its span of 59 metres, 19 metres wide and 13 metres high. A 3-metre-wide footbridge was added to the structure for the benefit of residents.
Work on the river bridge's reconstruction began in January 2010 and the inauguration of the new structure took place on November 9, 2012.
