The particularity of this building is the integration of the existing traditional façade of the former brewery Brasserie Battin.
The challenge to fuse the historical character with contemporary architecture in the middle of the city Esch-sur-Alzette is an example of a perfect harmonisation of styles and classes. In the centre of the city BAT1 has 30 underground parking lots and 23 apartments with large windows and comfortable terraces.
The ground floor is designed for commercial activities in complement to the existing offer in the city.
