"Grevenmacher-Wellen" cross-border bridge

The Grevenmacher Bridge won 2 prizes in the “2015 Steel Construction Competition”:

the engineering prize and the public prize

The road bridge links the Luxembourg commune of Grevenmacher with Wellen, a small town on the German side.

This metal bridge has 4 spans and is 213 metres long. The main span has a reach of 113.80 metres between the piers and the banks.
